Pouce Maine Coons is located in Chicago, Illinois serving the Midwest and beyond! Most of our families live in Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio. We have produced 35 Maine Coon kittens over 4 years of breeding, prioritizing quality over quantity. We stay in touch with our families long term. Not only do I love seeing how kittens develop over the years but I am also healvily invested in documenting the health of our lines. That would not be possible without my families updates. We rely on updates from our families to make breeding pairing deicsions, changes in protocol or testing and so much more that contributes to making the best out of the Maine Coon breed!
When interviewing for our Maine Coon kittens – you will never feel confused, worried or left without updates! We start off with a phone or video call so we can really get to know each other and ensure you are matched with the perfect companion. A lot of my families come to me for 1 kitten and return for another. Almost 40% of my kittens went to their new homes with a litter mate or their family later recieved a half sibiling from us! We prioritize best match and returning families 100% of the time!
Our recommendation is to Apply and Interview to become an Approved Guardian – even if you are looking to bring home a Maine Coon in 3,6,9 or 12 months out. In our selection process we will look at how long you have been an Approved Guardian with us if several families are interested in the same kitten. General waittime for a kitten from Pounce Maine Coons is usually 6 months. Every now and then we will have a few spots open up!
These are our last kittens while located in Chicago, IL before we move to California. We will be introducung a new male very soon! We are familiar with traveling with kittens and no stranger to kitten deliveries so these kittens are available to families anywhere in the USA.
